Lupulin Project - V1

Lupulin Project V1 is an exciting new project where we us hops that we have personally never used in the brewery before. This gives us the chance to understand how they behave and gives us a better understanding of how to use them in future beers. The hop in question for V1 is Cashmere from Crosby Hop Farms, we have found this hop to be amazing, bringing flavours and aroma’s of Citrus, Strawberry and Pine to this beautiful beer. V1 is a clear medium bodied IPA coming in at 5.9%. Keep your eyes out in the coming months for future beers in this new series. Show Less
