Hidden Blessing

Hidden Blessing is our first use of the brand new Pink Boots blend. Yakima Cheif Hops makes blends of hops every year for charity, where a certain amount of money goes to good causes. Pink Boots is a scholarship for women in the brewing industry. This hop blends supports them.
We brewed a double IPA featuring oats and a classic technique of using flaked rice.
The Pink Boots blend features Sabro, Glacier, Loral, Simcoe and Mosaic hops. We also used El Dorado hop hash in the whirlpool for maximum flavor and aroma.
The Pink Boots blend brings aromas of lime, coconut and citrus peels. Enjoy! Show Less
