Well yeah. I guess the abv explains it. Enjoyed that this held a lot more body than other wild saisons I’ve had recently. Full bodied. Nice effervescence. Stone fruit and a touch floral. Balanced funk and tartness. Lovely.

This is even better than I remember - one of my absolute favorites. Been sitting on this for a year. A little funk but sweet apricot. Never seems as strong as it is. Always a favorite each year but this one is bonkers.
