Sour Double IPA. Brewed with fluffy oats, hibiscus flowers and lactose. Kettle soured with lactobacillus. Assertively hopped in the kettle with Mosaic. Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast. Conditioned on an excessive amount of goopy blueberry purée, Awake Minds Ethiopian coffee, and Madagascar vanilla beans. Aggressively dry-hopped with Mosaic Cryo and Citra.
