DDH Grassman (Riwaka)

DDH Grassman (Riwaka) is the Double Dry Hopped version of one of our absolute favorites from waaayyy back in the pre-Fermentaria, BrewCafé-Only days. Brewed with soft 'n' fluffy oats and local wildflower honey, and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Dry hopped aggressively with Citra and Nelson Sauvin from our selections in Washington and New Zealand, then smacked over the ol’ noggin with an enormous second dry hop of sticky icky Riwaka, a quickly rising new favorite hop of ours here at thbc. 8.7% ABV. Notes of fresh squeezed tangerine, mango flavored marshmallows, creme de lychee, a mango juice reduction over vanilla soft serve, and uh yeah like… grass, man… =) Show Less
