DMC Brew is drinking a Believers Club Bottle 2 by Tired Hands Brewing Company at Edison Tex Mex Deli

LCI. This was quite nice, though not at the level of BCB1. Boscov pear flavors were definitely there and well paired w the saison base, yielding further tart, light funk, lemon, and very overripe peach notes. Oak was a little light but well done. 4.2

This was another solid saison. A bit milder and more delicate than BC1. Nice malt profile w a light wheaty body. Light stonefruit type flavor in this before esters/phenols/mild funk kicks in. The pear character is delicate but smooth. Solid fruited beer
