For a Pilsner it is very hazy and rustic. The aroma is classic Pilsner but the flavour is more experimental in that the hops are forward and floral. The carbonation and condition are excellent, leaving lacing all the way down the glass. Good brewing.

As an ale drinker I often pass over even good lagers. As this one is brewed by the bar owner it will be a pretty safe bet that it will be in great condition and served with care. Not wrong! Light but full of flavour and a very pleasant drinking experience
