Those tart lemon saison flavours but they're mellowed out and in the background to the farmyard Brett. Surprised this was so light and easy, soft flavours - but I liked it. Too often these BA beers are way too intense for me but this is nice

Only my second from T&T. Sounds more complex than it tastes, but suns out so it’s saison time. You can taste the barrel aged burgundy but the herbiness gives it just about the lift to stop making it too ‘winey’.
