Opaque orange colour; shortlived white head. Mild tart aroma, a bit savoury. Lower acidity than expected, yeasty and quite complex, but not loveable. Bitterness on the finish seems misplaced.

A lovely Brett funk to this Saison with a lemony hint & a fresh ground black pepper note which adds a nice & lasting piquancy to the sweet straw flavours. This now has more of a rusk / digestive sweetness than previous bottles but then this is 6 yrs old
