Winter

We are thrilled to offer the first installment of our 2023 Farm Series: Winter. For this series, we will be releasing a different mixed culture farmhouse beer throughout the year that is inspired by the changing of the seasons on the farm.
Winter embodies everything we love about this slow, quiet time of year. With the fields fallow and the trees bare, you truly get to see the farm in its simplest form. Similarly, Winter is a mixed culture farmhouse ale brewed without any fruit, dry hop additions, or adjuncts of any kind. This beer was brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, white wheat, and spelt, and was fermented and conditioned in our oak foeders with our house mixed culture, showcasing our mixed culture beers in their simplest form.
