Considering tramps get put to sleep with cider this is one lively bitch on opening. It's a little dry and earthy apple with a hint of licourise/star anise. Opening the fridge door does not class as air con in the kitchen you wasteful swine!

Still lovely. Dry, nice blend of apple and grape flavors, effervescent, mild tartness with a bit of funk. Nice accompaniment for a cheese tasting.
