Had to have one for the sensory evaluation part of the blog post.
Definitely digging the clarity. Picture doesn’t really do it justice.
Not the best photo (serviceable) but I must say I’m enjoying the results.
Significantly cleared from yesterday. Next weekend I think it ought to be ready for sharing.

First (early) pour from the Mk. II batch. Drinks a little young, I think but I suspect it will mature nicely with a little more lagering.
Kicked this keg. Finally.
