Aged approx. 12 mo. Has taken on a somewhat vinous quality. Malt-forward. Biscuit over caramel; hint of vanilla?

Aged six months. Little aroma. Bready, some dark fruit (prunes?) Earthy hops notes. Medium body, a bit chewy.

Betrayed! The cap on this bottle didn't get a good deal so (1) all the CO2 escapes and (2) tastes a bit oxidized. Boo.
