Watchmen Mole Porter

For this special small batch brew we reached out to our friend Nic of Watchmen Farm. Nic is what you call a hot pepper geek and he brought the heat on this one. So, we took the Groove Train Porter for a base beer and added Carolina Reaper, Chocolate Bhutlah, Purple UFO, Purple UFO and Thai Red Peppers to it. These are all heirloom varieties of peppers that have been maintained in Nic’s gardens for 2-5 years depending on the type. To add a little fun, we threw in some extra chocolate and cinnamon to the mix for a special mole experience. Enjoy the HEAT!
