Sweet maple and brown sugar on the nose. Initially very sweet with maple, vanilla and chocolate notes. Then a tidal wave of bitterness wipes out most of the initial flavour and leaves a trail of woody smoke. A rollercoaster of flavour.

Sarah Rodier: Not my favourite initially. Sad that the bitterness wipes out the sweetness. The flavour has grown on me as I’ve drunk it. The sweetness and bitterness is balanced the bitterness just seems to clear the palate which I’m finding difficult to appreciate.
