Quiet Storm - Idaho 7

Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties. The ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety, through precise application at different stages of brewing. Idaho 7 hops are named after the US state where they originated from and are famous for their bold, aromatic qualities. Expect an abundance of mango and grapefruit, with lashings of apricot too. There is an extra complexity with a light floral undertone and even hints of black tea.
