Little Friday

A clean and crisp Bavarian-style pale lager inspired by a trip to Germany, this beer is a nod to the pedigree of our brewhouse. Using a touch of German Munich and Caramel malts, along with a base of German Pilsner malt, adding a slight biscuit note, a crisp malt character makes up the backbone of this beer. A variety of Noble hops are used for additional complexity in this simple beer, Hallertau Tradition and Saaz for the base and Hallertau Hersbrucker as a late-kettle addition, creating a lovely spicy and slightly floral note, a must-have for a proper Munich Helles.
