Red Light Ale is brewed to highlight that not all mid-strength beers have to be boring… russet in colour from the caramelised malts used in the mash; these malts also create defined toasty and slight caramel notes. Fruit aromas of passionfruit and citrus are up front because of a healthy dose of Galaxy and Cascade hops added throughout the boil.
