Dream Realm

Hoppy Pilsner, Dream Realm was built like a hazy IPA in the brewhouse, fermented low and slow in the cellar with lager yeast, then dry hopped at unethical levels in the cellar with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka. This well fermented base beer, with firm bitterness, is a blank canvas for the new school aroma hop varietals that create notes of honeysuckle, peach skins, fresh cut grass, and that danky, diesely, Sauvignon Blanc character we know and love from those New Zealand hero hops.
