Jim Pilgrim is drinking an Oscillations by Theory Beerworks at The County
Theory are new to me, and this makes a decent first impression. Actually, that's not true. They've subscribed to the Beer Ink method of making awful looking beer taste pretty great. Murky, swampy, and strangely good. Might be a monster in it, though.

Enjoyed this LL cask, in collab with Theory. A classic NEIPA, heavy with Citra and that distinctive Ekuanot tone.
