OG 1.080 FG 1.017 50% Pilsner, 50% Wheat, hopped with Galaxy, Sorachi Ace, & Citra throughout the boil and whirlpool, plus more Citra in the keg. Half the mash was kettle soured for before blending with the rest of the wort in the boil, resulting in a mildly tart DIPA. Show Less
