OG 1.099 FG 1.021 56% Maris Otter, 28% Alex's Applewood Smoked Malt, 11% Munich, 3% Carafa I, 2% Black Patent. Willamette hops, maple syrup at the end of the boil. First brewed on 4/9/17 at Breakfast Day VI, as a collaboration with the Rhode Island Brewing Society, then aged on oak spirals in the secondary. Show Less
