Gentle aroma of Orange, Papaya & Pear. Very carbonated. Gentle delicate body yet full of Grassy, Crisp, soured summer fruits. There is a pulpiness there too. Orange and Apple star in a wild yeast sour finish. Leaves a sweet & sour fizz on the tongue.

One from the cellar. 2015 vintage. Light geuze aroma as per a Belgian style. Nice carbonation still ! A whole host of flavours from the barrel ageing. Apple pear grassy notes even caramel. Long dry tart finish. Aged well great blend of flavours .
