Dec 25 2015. Fresh lime zest aroma, quite a zesty double IPA, brett seems low in the mix. Perhaps it’s true character is yet to shine. Tasty and flavoursome as it is now, with some light funk and hay, but a years ageing may work wonders

As it’s now over 5 years old, it’s completely flat. Interesting flavour profile though, a touch oaky with a lot of apple characteristics that I found surprising but nice. You do get nail polish on the finish which is maybe a sign of it’s age, still decent
