My brewer friend tells me Umami is incredibly hard to brew with. The fact Wild Beer did this with a lager, brewed with sea salt and seaweed, then aged for 4.5 years in US bourbon barrels, shows how this beer is so hard to find.

Complex aroma has Barleywine notes, fruits. Taste is interesting, it has toffee and barrel notes, also surprisingly fresh fruit, stickiness, alcohol, mellow spices. All this complexity in a super drinkable and fresh form, not really heavy at all,
