Don’t be misled, this beer does not contain actual Irish Wit. It refers to the cloudy, fresh and easy to drink style of beer. It’s named after Fionnabhair, a controversial, feisty female
character of Irish Mythology. Fionnabhair’s beauty was bittersweet, just like the beer in your hand. And like this ancient temptress, our Wit Beer is a bit spicy with great body!
Our take on a historic, Belgian style witbier. Brewed with 50% Wheat, Irish barley and oats, and traditional Belgian brewing spices.
Very pale, almost white in appearance from the oats. Fruity, with noticeable spices of orange peel and fresh coriander. Crisp mouthfeel with a dry, refreshing finish.
