STARVE: Exhibit H

Like all STARVE variants, STARVE: Exhibit H is a complex one-off blend that will never be replicated. Clocking in at a massive 18.5% ABV, it’s a bold, boozy sipper for sure. It’s the first time STARVE has ever been entirely a Barleywine, and it deserves a breakdown that won’t fit on the label.

- 40% is our cherished Circle of Wolves, first aged 24 months in French Cognac casks, then another 36 months in Willett bourbon barrels.
- 40% is a brand new unnamed high gravity Maris Otter Barleywine that chilled for 22 months in precious Sam Adams Utopias barrels.
- The final 20% is that same Maris Otter Barleywine, but aged 22 months in Weller bourbon barrels.

After blending those hand-selected threads in January of 2023, we filled fresh Willett barrels with the awesome blend for 16 more months of marrying and mellowing.

With portions aged over 6 years and 3 years respectively, this is an extremely well-cellared and distinctive Barleywine. Show Less
