8/4/7/4/15 Really nice wine, grape, oak, unripe stone fruit nose. Complex and really sour. Lingering peach and grape flavours.

Prob lost some fresh hoppiness after 1.5 years, but not bad. Some phenolic orvally Brett. Acidic but the bitterness kept it at bay. Tropical in a weird way. Not as good as some farmhouse/Brett IPAs but way better than many, especially at this age.
