LCI from last night. A kind gift from a mate at Bootcamp, whose mate has started brewing professionally. Good labeling. On here as 4% odd but bottle says 6.2%. Banana dominant, reminds me more of a Hefeweizen than Saison.

6.2% not 4%. Nose has banana but fermented - there's a sharpness. Slight carbonation. Very bananary. Quite bitter at the back. Not sure this is a saison. I quite like it.

LCI. Banana dry and sharp. But I like it. The sharpness and savoury quality make it tasty for me, despite some flavour profiles I'm not characteristically fond of. Nicely done.
