Lacto and bretty funk with a slightly saline minerality. Plum has likely added some, but the richness still comes through on the nose and with a fleshy quality on the exhale. Pretty sour at the moment. 4.25+

Starts off as a tart plum punch to the face but opens up to a phenomenal beer. Straight plum skin

Opens up more as you keep it in the glass but has a similar characteristic with the SP towards the end. Starts off great but ends quite rubbery..?
