East County Brown

Here on the east side of this fine county there is a distinct attitude. It’s hard working, honest, bold and a little unrefined. We’ve captured that spirit in East County Brown.
Brewed from American barley malt, this deeply flavorful ale receives it’s brown hue and nutty, roasty aroma and flavor from healthy doses of chocolate malt, roasted barley and dark crystal malt. The round malt character is balanced by a heap-load of American Willamette and Sterling hops. Following fermentation, this brown ale is generously dry-hopped with Sterling and Willamette for a distinct herbal, lemony aroma.
This beer is a great partner for our hand carved roast beef and is just as comfortable on it’s own as you warm up by the fire pit. Show Less
