Ferry Wijnhoven: ....karamel. in de smaak chocolade, vanille, whisky, hout, amandelen & karamel. Behoorlijk zoet, zacht mondgevoel en iets boozy. Supertof dat een niet-bierland als Frankrijk ook zulke gave bieren maakt en mooie brouwerijen heeft.
