Feel So Better Norwegian Ale with Passionfruit

We fell in love with Norwegian yeast when we partnered it with our house sour culture, but we wanted to see what this popular family of strains could do left to its own devices. The result is Feel So Better, a Norwegian Ale assertively whirlpooled with Cascade hops and refermented with a boatload of passionfruit. This beer was fermented at over 90*F to bring ridiculous tropical fruity esters that were enhanced by the passionfruit. With refreshing bitterness from the hops, mild tartness from the fruit, and a dry finish, this beer promises to go down easy in the hot weather ahead. Extremely limited release -- don't sleep!
