Ephemeron DIPA

We have gone all out and over the top for our special one year anniversary release! Massive hop additions of Calypso, Cashmere, and Denali provide a prominent tangerine and apricot hop aroma and an intense hoppy flavor of lime zest and piney spice. This golden brew is beautifully bitter with over 100 IBUs that linger into the finish to balance this DIPA away from sweetness despite an absurd grain bill. Clean, grainy malt with light toastiness provides a backbone for the restrained alcohol warmth from the 9.8% ABV, while a medium-light mouthfeel and medium carbonation tie all the flavors together with a smooth texture.
