Brewed with 100% Skagit Valley Malting's Fritz pilsner malt, hopped with German Hallertau Blanc and fermented very dry with a mix of French and Belgian Saison yeast strains. For this version we added 10 gallons of amazing Asian pear juice, from Renaissance Orchards in Ferndale, to fermentation. Dry and refreshing with fermentation notes of white pepper and sweet earthy pear in the finish.
