Lysbrud is a real summer slammer!

This beer features fresh harvest Danish wildflower honey. This honey was harvested 5 days before we used it. It was also the first honey harvested of 2023 from our local supplier.
The bees had access to a large amount of white clover and rape-seed flowers - which you will also see on the label.
Roughly 20% of the total sugar (pre-fermentation) was from honey. However this beer is NOT sweet, it is actually extremely dry for a beer of it's ABV.
We used large amounts of Simcoe in the kettle and a big dry-hop of HBC 586 to compliment the subtle honey aroma. Show Less
