The Passion of the Gose

The Passion of the Gose is a one-of-a-kind collaboration brew with the boys at Roc Brewing Co. This Gose takes its tropic inspiration from its flavors of light wheat mingled with the harmony of tartness and tropical fruit coupled with salinity. The start for this Old World-inspired beer is based from a mix of Pilsner and White Wheat Malts, bittered lightly with Azacca specialty hops, and topped with a bit of sea salt. But what really gives it its tropical essence is the addition of tons of real passion fruit, lime peels and juice.
