Aroma of stewed and dried fruit, Bourbon, & the Bourbon doesn't back off upon a taste - it doesn't dominate but it's upfront. Not much more than medium bodied. Sweetish w fairly rich fruit but a spicy & mod boozy finish. In time I believe there is chilli.

oatmeal raisin cookie - as described. barrel has all but faded with age - still there but well integrated. cinnamon hot still present as well ad raisan sweet. wonderful oatmeal texture. strong ale base not sure about - really wish this was a stout

Smooth&malty. Quite thin, even easy drinking and not boozy at all. Slightly vinous..equally sweet & sour but not too much..in a very nice way! Maybe a bit more sweet..a tiny bit... Gets better and better!..damn!

Raisins are most prominent. Cinnamon and chiles are played out. Not sure which year this is from which is a shame. Based on the flavor I’m putting it as 2016, but wouldn’t be surprised if it was older. I’m hoping to not be scared by bottle sediment.
