Perfect beer for my daughter Poppy on her 2nd Birthday! Vibrant nose; plum skin, cherry, hints of musty tobacco. Palate more subtle, but complex; bread crust, cherry pits, wet soil, oak, red wine vinegar, & leather. Puckering acidity, spritzy carbonation.
