Beware of this bottle being a little rocket launcher when opening, but I don’t even care. This is to me a perfect brett profile, a bit of citrus tartness to be refreshing but with plenty of barnyard funk, peach has fallen off a bit but still fantastic.
Purchased at Hilltop Market & Liquor

The most carbonation I’ve ever seen from a bottle of beer (without shaking it). A rather explosive beer!
Stephanie Kane: This post is so funny on several levels!! Love me some carbonation!
Nate Sund: That pour made me lol, explosive indeed.
