Homemade Chile Rellenos calls for something a little festive. Cage & cork pop, carbonation has not suffered. The flavors are a little muted from last time. Maybe a touch more sour.

Chris Hudgins: David B. Look for a date stamped on the neck of the bottle. If in doubt (mine was smudged) , it’s probably a 2015 since I had more bottles from that year.
