Brewed on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 utilizing a 4.75kg grain bill of 100% German Pilsner (Weyermann) alongside a 250g adjunct addition of 100% Fine White Granulated Sugar (Lantic), and finished with 65g of 100% Saaz hop pellets (YCH) added during a 2-stage hop addition process.
KRISPY Kviek yeast (Escarpment Labs) was utilized for fermentation. The product was later kegged on Sunday, June 7, 2020.
