Final day of Dry January (whoops)! Farmhouse for sure. Real cider vinegar, citrusy lemon and apple, and dare I say.. piss? Kinda love the funk, acidity, and light carbonation. Started off a bit what the heck is this, but really grew on me. #SaisonStan

4.4% version bottled 2021. Amazing beer: nose is musty barrel, which continues on the palate along with some tart fruit notes (lemon, apricot, apple) and an earthy, nettle taste that may well be the hops. Great with cheese!

Really like this but the Damson is slightly better in my opinion. Still absolutely brilliant, slightly sour and dry, visually reminds me of a relatively flat cider but don't let that put you off!!
