Lambic

This lambic is from our first serious attempt at mixed fermentation beers. It's relatively young, having spent 10 months in oak, and still retains a small amount of bitterness. Hopped with a small amount of aged whole Saaz cones. Buttery and oak flavours are prominent. Medium mouthfeel, lingering acidity. This is probably more of a behind the scenes look at one of the beers that will eventually go into the blend but even alone it's enough to keep us super excited about the barrel project. Show Less
