I do like my rhubarb. This is tart and sour and has aged for over two years in the bottle. It's good but not as good as others in the series.

Bottled April 2020. Age has mellowed the sharpness of the sour to a fruity almost Belgian/lambic style. Fruit flavour is deep with a nice sweet/sour finish.
