Big ol’ thiols up in here, with the Phantasm doing work, backed up almost sheepishly by Cashmere and Citra. Herbal, fruity, lime, white wine, spice/hop heat. Really delicious.

Thiol-forward IPA, aggressively hopped with Cashmere, Citra Lupomax, and Motueka. The Citra and an overall hop burn are prevalent, but as they drop out, there’s a sweet lime flavor from the other hops. Love the big flavors here.
