This is what I have been waiting to taste from Eighth State. Adjuncts stand out front with Graham, marshmallow, cocao, and nilla. But then, roasty stout and complexity in the barrel. Deeper and nuianced.

Rich syrupy caramel toffee. Quite salty but the bourbon makes a nice appearance throughout. Wish it was a little less tangy graham cracker / marshamallow and maybe berry / woody to cut the sugar, but that’s just my preference. Real fun flavors used though
