Imperial Sweet Stout aged and fermented in a Buffalo Trace Lot E barrel. When this beer was originally brewed, we added Chocolate and Tahitian Vanilla at whirlpool then knocked the beer out into a lonely Buffalo Trace Barrel. Once filled, we let it ferment and age in said barrel for 20 months. Upon tasting we realized that there was nothing left to do except carbonate and package. Brewed in collaboration with some of my closest friends at Crafted Beer Store and Scbeerbros. Aka Vance and Loic. Love you kids!
Thick, almost pours like maple syrup coated motor oil, covering the tongue with sweet, warm pops of pipe tobacco, oak tannin, fluffy marshmallow, and bakers chocolate.
Recommended you consume at 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
