Brewed with our base of Pilsner, raw wheat, malted oats, and milk sugar and fermented on a generous amount of pineapple purée. Conditioned on fresh shredded coconut and dry hopped with Cashmere and Amarillo. The result is a harmonious balance of sweet and tart which has us imaging ourselves marooned poolside at a desert island resort.
