Gusher. Weird nutty oaky bitter thing going on. Some fruit. Some tart. Gonna drain pour unfortunately. Its not enjoyable for me and theres little chance this could improve with more time

Aged 10 years. Cherry, funk, dried fruit, malt, light barrel nose. Cherry, dried fruit, funk, malt, skins, light barrel. Carbonation still solid, aged exceptionally well.

Surprisingly light coloured but I guess it’s not a stout! Subtle tartness more along the raspberry direction with solid uncharred oak undertones. A little mouthwatering and quite enjoyable.
Past. Too mellow now. Still nice, but doesn’t quite have the bite I’d want, and no other new flavors have emerged.
